Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hrs of appointment time. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE!!! If there is no communication about you being late prior to your appointment time, you will be treated as a NO SHOW. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancel fee. If you let me know your gonna be late and I am still able to accommodate your appointment you will be charged a $20 late fee. No calls / no shows will be charged in FULL and will not be invited to rebook your service. NEW CLIENTS: Please come without makeup on! There will be a $20 fee to remove mascara or eye makeup residue as it greatly effects application and retention. PAYMENT: Cash is preferred payment method. We also accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards. Please note pricing reflects 10% cash discount. ALL SERVICES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! ALL DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL PRICING ARE CASH ONLY! All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! Deposits can be transferred once to a new date if done more than 24 hrs before original appointment time. All cancellations less than 24 hrs from appointment time will require a new deposit to book a new date. AVOID STRIP LASHES AND MASCARA. Use of strip lashes or mascara with your extensions will require a removal and full set. NO FOREIGN FILLS. If you currently have lashes on from somewhere else please make sure to book a removal along with your full set. Fills are for existing clients only. We hold ourselves to a high standard and take pride in the results of our luxury enhancement services. Should be any issue with your service, please contact us to schedule a complimentary fix within 72 hrs of your service.
