CANCELLATION POLICY
Studio Policies 💫 I want every visit to feel relaxing, enjoyable, and stress free. These policies help me keep things fair, protect my time, and make sure I’m able to give each client the best possible experience. Thank you so much for respecting them! ⏰ Running Late • Please contact me if you are running late. • A 10 minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no show. • If you let me know and I am still able to fit you in, I will gladly take you. However, you will still be charged for the full service and we will work with the time remaining in your appointment slot. ❌ Cancellations + Reschedules • I completely understand that things come up. However, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. • Same day cancellations are considered a no show and will be charged 100% of the service total, as the appointment slot cannot be filled on such short notice. • No shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Rebooking after a no show is not guaranteed. If an exception is made, full prepayment will be required to book again. 🌸 New Clients • Please arrive with no eye makeup. Mascara or leftover eye makeup can affect retention and may require additional cleansing time before your appointment. 💳 Payments • Cash is preferred. All listed prices reflect a 10% cash discount. • Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted. • All services, deposits, and promotional pricing are non refundable. • Discounts and specials are valid for cash payments only. 📅 Deposits • All deposits are non refundable. • Deposits may be transferred one time if you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will require a new deposit in order to rebook. 👁️ Lash Care • Washing your lashes daily is mandatory for optimal retention and ocular health. • Please avoid strip lashes and mascara while wearing lash extensions. If either is used, a removal and full set will be required. ✨ My Promise to You I hold myself to a very high standard and take a lot of pride in the quality of my work. If you experience any issue with your lashes, please reach out within 72 hours so I can schedule you for a complimentary fix. ⚠️ Chargebacks Please note that filing a chargeback may result in being held responsible for any damages, fees, or losses caused by the dispute. 💖 Thank You Thank you so much for supporting my small business and respecting these policies.
